T1 chestnut - fell. T2 beech - reduce encroachment towards dwelling to give 2.5m clearance of the dwelling and round into sides and top toretain shape, & crown lift to 3m agl. TG 1x beech, 1x chestnut and 2x limes - reduce spread over footpath and towards highway by up to 2.5m,& crown lift up to 3m agl on highway side.

G11 - C (on sketch) - Crab Apple - fell because of excessiveshading resulting in poor growth and therefore low amenity value. Not to replant as poor light due to adjacent shading trees. G11 - E (on sketch) - Crab Apple - remove top section due to uneven growth and risk of falling branches. Encourage re-growth. G11 - J (on sketch) - Cotoneaster - wish to confirm is not part of TPO before felling due to excessive shading and poor amenity value.

T1 Acacia - Fell due to proximity to the building and low amenity value. T2 Tulip tree - Reduction of tulip tree from BT wires, leaving a lateral spread of 4m. T3 Cherry - Fell due to low amenity value. T4 Group of 3 x Leylandii trees including 1 Hazel - To be reduced, cutting back to previous cut points. T5 Leylandii - Reduce to below building gutter. T6 Cedar - Reduce phototropic branches by 4m to reduce weight on poor union points.

Proposal:
Cedrus Atlantica (T2) - fell because of excessive shading of own and neighbours garden and no amenity value. Growing size and concern over proximity to house. Willow (T3) - Reduce height to leave 14m and reduce lateral spread to leave 4m radius from the base of the tree, cutting back to suitable, secondary growth points.

Proposal:
Horse Chestnut (T1) - Reduce extending branches of southern canopy from 8m radius to 6m to reduce leverage on branch unions and provide clearance to garage and telephone lines.

Current crown spread is approx 13m north to south, following pruning the spread will be approx 4.5m to south, 5.5m to north / crown lift toapprox 4m to clean stem / remove 3 branches over the garage, at the main stem (see report photo for pollard cut points) / reduce length ofbranch over drive by approx 3m, to an appropriate point, to clear drive, the crown spread to the east to be reduced to approx 4m

T1 - Magnolia Tree - Approx. height 18-20ft and Approx. Spread 20-25ft - Reduction as depicted in photograph, of no more than 3ft in height and no more than 5ft from the spread, also trimming of lower branches by no more than 2ft - These works are requested in order to rebalance the tree and prevent it from interfering with the building.
