T1 (TPO Ref: T4) Lime - Reduce height by 3.5m from 28.5 to 25m and reduce canopy radius from 5.5m to 4.5m to tie in with the reduction inheight and crown lift up to 6m. To reduce weight out of a already verylarge tree situated very close to applicants property. Needs to brought back down into a more manageable size as would cause significant damage to the surrounding area/properties. A lot of dead wood in the canopy, hangs over a public footpath and busy road. Lime respond well to being pruned and would out way the risk than leaving the weight/height in the canopy. Dead limb 25ft up main stem decay could be present and running into the main stem.
